We are a family plumbing company in Prescott. You call the number, you talk to someone who does the work, and the price you are quoted is the price before we start rather than a number that grows once the wall is open.

- Are you actually available at 2 in the morning?
- Monday through Friday, yes — the line is open 24 hours. Saturday we run until 9 PM. Sunday the office is closed. We would rather publish that plainly than let you find out by calling.
- How much does a plumber cost in Prescott?
- It depends on the job, and anyone quoting a flat number on a website without seeing your house is guessing. What we will do is tell you the price before we start the work, not after.
- Are you licensed?
- Yes — ROC 239872, and you can verify that with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. We are family owned and operated, not a franchise.
- Which towns do you cover?
- Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Dewey-Humboldt and Williamson Valley. If you are just outside that, call and ask — we will give you a straight yes or no rather than driving out and adding a fee.
- Do you take small jobs?
- Yes. A single dripping faucet or a running toilet is a perfectly good reason to call. A lot of shops will not come out for that; we will.
